Liability Waiver for Bounce House Rentals This Liability Waiver is entered into between _______________ and Cat's Closet in connection with the rental of bounce house equipment. Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. 1. Assumption of Risk: Participant understands and acknowledges that the use of bounce house equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, collisions, and other injuries. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment. 2. Release of Liability: Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Company, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of the rental or use of the equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Indemnification: Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from Participant's rental or use of the equipment. 4. Safety Guidelines: Participant agrees to abide by all safety guidelines provided by Company, including but not limited to supervision of children, removal of shoes, and weight limits. Participant acknowledges that failure to follow safety guidelines may result in injury or damage to the equipment. 5. Medical Authorization: Participant authorizes Company to seek medical treatment for Participant in the event of any injury or medical emergency arising during the use of the equipment. Participant agrees to assume all costs associated with such medical treatment. 6. Governing Law: This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. 7. Acknowledgment: Participant acknowledges that Participant has read and fully understands this Waiver, and voluntarily agrees to its terms and conditions. Participant further acknowledges that this Waiver shall be binding upon Participant, Participant's heirs, successors, and assigns. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Participant has executed this Waiver as of the date first above written. By signing below, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Waiver.
