Welcome to Cats Closet Online (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, submitting payment, booking services, or using our rentals, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Cats Closet Online provides event-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Bounce house rentals

  • Tent rentals

  • Party treats

  • Party favors

  • Private, corporate, family, and community events

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings must be completed through our website or approved communication channels.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Event dates and equipment are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details at the time of booking.

3. Payments & All Sales Final Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • No cancellations, credits, chargebacks, or rescheduling will be provided

  • This applies regardless of weather, event changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Rain, wind, storms, extreme heat, or other weather conditions

  • Changes in event plans or locations

  • Guest no-shows

  • Venue restrictions or issues

  • Personal emergencies

  • Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

4. Weather Policy

Cats Closet Online is not responsible for weather conditions that may affect your event.

  • Outdoor events are booked at the customer’s risk.

  • Customers are encouraged to plan indoor backup options if desired.

  • Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations.

All payments remain final regardless of weather.

5. Use of Equipment & Rentals

Customers agree to:

  • Use all equipment safely and only for its intended purpose

  • Supervise children at all times

  • Follow all safety instructions provided verbally or in writing

  • Not relocate, alter, or misuse rented items

The customer assumes full responsibility for rented equipment from delivery/setup until pickup.

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

All services and equipment are used at the customer’s own risk.

Cats Closet Online is not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages

  • Improper use or lack of supervision

  • Failure to follow safety guidelines

By booking services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cats Closet Online from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your event.

7. Event Setup & Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe, level, and accessible setup area

  • Ensuring clear access for delivery and pickup

  • Providing power sources if required

Delays or inability to set up due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions do not qualify for refunds.

8. Community Events Hosted by Cat

  • Community events are curated and hosted by Cat.

  • Attendance does not guarantee participation in all activities.

  • Cats Closet Online reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel community events.

All ticket sales or participation fees are final and non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Cats Closet Online and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Cats Closet Online may use third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, or communication. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or issues caused by third-party providers.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity

  • Attempt to disrupt site functionality

  • Provide false or misleading information

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

12. Modifications to Terms

Cats Closet Online reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Cats Closet Online operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
